The application of colours is the forte of the artist, as the layers of colours smoothen over each other, illuminated rather than getting submerged. Working with Nirveda or Shanta rasa in this series with such ease that even reds and oranges give expression of peace to the spectator.  Khushal has made use of fertility symbols to depict the passing of soul through the different worlds. With analogous green-yellow  Khushal has brought to physical existence what is otherwise the metaphysical existence of beings, giving us the experience of self-realisation.
